Configure your Light Art Piece

Each Light Art Piece is made to order. Production typically takes 2–4 business days, with shipping taking an additional 1–5 business days, depending on the region.

If you select the color version, your Light Art Piece will reproduce your photo as faithfully as possible. Slight variations in color and brightness may occur depending on screen settings and lighting conditions.

For the image itself, we use a 100% biodegradable plastic. Each Light Art Piece is then carefully finished and quality-checked in our workshop. The frame is made of high-quality real wood. We also prioritize sustainability regarding the electronics and are working to source them almost exclusively from regional suppliers in the future.

No. To ensure your photo print is produced in the best possible quality, your image should have a resolution of at least 2 megapixels. We also internally review every order for problematic or unsuitable content, as well as potential copyright infringements. Please use only images for which you hold the necessary usage rights or of which you are the creator. Should any issues arise during the review process, we will contact you.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your Light Art Piece, simply contact us—we will work together to find a suitable solution. We naturally take responsibility for any quality defects or damage incurred during shipping and will arrange for a replacement or another satisfactory solution as quickly as possible.

Your Light Piece Art image achieves its full effect only with a suitable light source in the background. Its appearance may vary depending on light intensity, viewing angle, and the surrounding environment. As each Light Piece Art image is individually crafted, slight variations in texture, brightness, and detail reproduction may occur. These are inherent to the production process and underscore the unique character of each piece.
